What's your industry background?

My services range from commercial and industrial leasing to acquisitions and dispositions and real estate investments. I am established, recognized and noted for my work and for my extensive list of notable vendors, suppliers, clients, influencers and decision-makers.

I am a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, Ontario Real Estate Association and the Toronto Real Estate Board. I am active on social media and consistently participate in online and offline CRE events and discussions.

Do I really need a commercial real estate broker?

It’s beneficial in many ways to always review a lease with a CRE advisor who knows what to look for, what to add or delete, how to get more from the lease, how to crunch the numbers to ensure it’s a win-win and when to sign on the dotted line. I always have your best interest at the heart of every successful negotiation.

Are there important standard items to watch out for before leasing a commercial space?

  • Is there a demolition clause?
  • Is the largest tenant moving out?
  • How much free rent?
  • What is the landlord’s reputation?
  • Did you speak to other tenants in the building for their opinions?
