Being in sales, functioning at maximum capacity on the road, in the office and with clients is a must. I don’t get much sleep. Never have. But instead of figuring it out, I rely on lots of activity at work and at home to get me to my pillow. According to the Centers for Disease Control, I’m on the right track. Just need to follow the 10-3-2-1-0 sleep rule:
🔸️10 hours before bed – cut out caffeine.
🔸️3 hours before bed – stop drinking or eating big meals
🔸️2 hours before bed – stop working.
🔸️1 hour before bed – turn off your screens.
Seems achievable. But who can actually do it? If it means boosting productivity, mood and performance all around, it’s worth a shot. Ahh….sleep.
