SUNDAYS: I don’t usually dress like this in the kitchen. But it’s my favourite place to be when I’m home. I like cooking up a good steak. Chowing down with the family. And chasing my two little daughters around.
Sundays are always about family and as the day winds down, business mode sets in. The mind goes into overdrive. The conversations with clients run through my mind. And a mental checklist of everything I need to deliver kicks in.
