I recognize and celebrate the hard-won achievements of women and their push for change in overcoming many challenges still faced worldwide. I work with, and sometimes by the direction of strong, successful and well-respected women. I appreciate their leadership, contributions and push for positive change. And I believe firmly in the words of US Supreme Court justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg:
“Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn’t be that women are the exception.”
