Retail Insider recently did a feature on this state-of-the-art, 500,000 sq. ft, Etobicoke-based facility by DYMON. In fact, it’s the world’s largest self-storage facility! And I was proud to be part of this. Two months in the making, the location was ideal and it was a one-of-a-kind opportunity that has officially set a precedent for other properties to be built like it, especially in this new decade.
What’s so great about it? It has 24,938 sq. ft. of co-working space, wine storage units and a 10,000 sq.ft. retail space, amongst other features. This new reality of multi-use, multi-purpose design concepts and creative occupancy solutions by DYMON will undoubtedly alleviate the limited supply that’s been plaguing the industry for so many years.
